Our client, Mennonite Economic Development Associates (MEDA), is seeking an exceptional Managing Director to lead the Mastercard Foundation Africa Growth Fund – a $200M innovative impact investing initiative aimed at unlocking the growth potential of African SMEs and creating dignified work for young people, especially women.

Location: Kenya, Ghana, or Senegal

This is a unique opportunity for a visionary leader with deep expertise in impact investing, private sector development, and large-scale, multi-stakeholder partnerships. The ideal candidate will bring:
